My first experience was with my 1973 Satellite Custom, the battery exploded and sprayed acid all over the inside engine compartment.Since this car is all original with just 42,045 milse, I was a little bit skeptical because James had just taken over the repair shop. Well it was one of the best moves that I let James and his people repair my car and some other areas, it came out more than perfect, all the paint was matched where it needed and faded into the original paint where you could not even see where they came together. Lots and lots of excellentcomments on how great my car looks. I won the Blacktop National with this very same car.After such a good experience with James and his crew, I had to take a 2011 KIA that I got from my granddaughter, who is entering college this fall. I had a 2012 Dodge Avenger that I switched with her because the KIA was a salvage car, plus my granddaughter made a turn to sharp and crunched the rear door and forced the front door forward, so it did not match up to the body when she hit the yellow pole, protecting an electrical box. James got on his computer and checked the salvage yards to see if he could find the doors to match, lucky he found two that matched the exact color, that were in good shape. We used those doorsand not only did James fix them perfect, he saved me money by not having to paint both doors.I would give ICS a 15 on a scale of 10 because they are working for me, the customer!!

I am so happy with my car!!! Oh my goodness, where do I start?!? I bought my car (my baby) from Priority Motorsports, and so when my baby was rear ended, I called them and said, "I want to take my car to the best place in South Central Kansas for repair. Where do I need to go?" They recommended ICS. When I asked them why, their reply was that Priority's owners take their personal vehicles there and they were that good. Well, I must say, when I went to pick up my car today, I was sooooo pleased. It looked better than the day I bought it. They took special care to fix a few other things which I wasn't expecting. my car was perfect, detailed, clean, waxed and buffed. ICS went over and beyond my wildest expectations with excellence and professionalism. Somebody hit my car in a parking lot with a door, and left a dent in the door. Called ICS, James gave me an estimate that day! Was very friendly, and got me an appointment setup real quick. Although there was more work than initially estimated, he kept the price very close to the estimate. He even provided me with a ride back to my home after I dropped the car off. My car looks amazing, they do really great work! Would definitely recommend them to anyone, very grateful for their awesome work and wonderful customer service!

I have used James and ICS to fix my mother-in-law's car when my wife backed into it exiting our garage, our car when she was involved in another more recent wreck in a school drop off zone and a paint polish on my current black Yukon (hard to do right, but they did)  I am pleased with all the work that has been done to date. Tera worked with our insurance company to get us 100% OEM parts to give us the quality repair we had wanted but wouldn't have received without her negotiating on our behalf, but I feel the greatest compliment I can pay the team is to send referrals and write a review.  I have sent several people their way and know a couple have ultimately chosen to use them. Those that I followed up with were well pleased with the work completed. One had hail damage PDR'ed out and was thrilled with the price and quality of the work and one had a hood and fenders re-coated to clean up the appearance of his son's car. He too was happy with the price and quality. Even those that didn't choose to do the work at all, still had great things to say about the quote process and a professional interaction with James and Tera. I would use ICS again, will use them again if we have an unfortunate event in the future, and will continue to send people their way in the future. Thanks ICS!

I had timely updates from them and when I picked my Van up every person including James and Tara were cleaning the vehicle. James was polishing the van with a buffer, That's how you lead from the front. I live in Newton but I will be taking my cars back to ICS for repair. Great work folks.

I was in an accident where the rear quarter of my Camaro got sideswiped pretty hard and I thought my car was done for. I refused the shop the other individual’s insurance was trying to send me to and did my own research to find a reputable shop and happened upon ICS. They walked me through the whole process and helped alleviate my concerns about my car’s restoration. The insurance company was incredibly difficult to work with but they made it happen and I got my car back to me in excellent condition with a folder detailing every component they replaced with nothing but OEM equipment. My car gets pushed pretty hard and my concerns regarding the alignment holding after the accident have shown to be unfounded and I cannot tell it’s been painted which is especially impressive since it’s metallic as well. They really went the extra mile and if I find myself in a similar situation, I know exactly where I’ll be taking my car again.

It was heart breaking to me......James had me bring it in and did an excellent job buffing out all the scratches. I highly recommend this wonderful facility to get your vehicle looking new again! I broke a clip on the front quarter panel of my Veloster. I swung into ICS Collision Center and James (JH Wilson) fixed it lickety-split.

I told him my father use to own a body shop, so he was kind enough to give me a tour of his beautiful clean facility.

I was taught a clean shop was an efficient shop. James is mechanized and uses cutting edge technology.

I will highly recommend this shop to all my friends.
